Cyril M. Fox is a graduate of Howard University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. A businessman by profession and a visionary by calling, he has dedicated his career to both economic development and the cultural empowerment of African-descended people.
Mr. Fox is the Chairman and Co-Founder of The New African Initiative, an organization committed to advancing the interests and unity of African peoples globally. He also serves as Co-Founder and Chairman of Georgetown American University in Georgetown, Guyana—an institution focused on excellence in higher education and international collaboration.
His leadership extends into the Pan-African movement. Mr. Fox was a member of the African Union/Caribbean Pan-African Network, a team led by AU representative Dr. Jimmy Adisa that played a crucial role in the establishment of the African Sixth Region, which formally recognizes the African diaspora as a key constituency of the African Union.
Deeply rooted in cultural advocacy, he is also a founding member of the African Cultural and Development Association (ACDA) in Guyana and serves on the organizing committee of IDPAD-Guyana (International Decade for People of African Descent), helping to shape national programs aligned with the United Nations declaration.
Mr. Fox continues to blend his engineering discipline, business acumen, and unwavering commitment to Pan-African advancement in all of his endeavors.

Colin has extensive experience designing architecture and deploying information and telecommunications networks. Specifically, Colin designed and deployed US$1.5 billions of the most technologically advanced networks in the world to transmit and store multimedia (video, data, and voice) content. By strategically aligning with world—class technology leaders, Colin provides clients with the best in class in Information Technology and Telecommunications products and services. In addition, within RCI, Colin has the responsibility for the development, deployment and implementation of Smart Grid technology i.e. an integration of IT, Telecommunications and Renewable Energy technologies. Having completed training in the design and installation of renewable energy systems, his focus is to design and develop sustainable energy solutions to mi-gate the effects of climate change.

Dr. Alexander Nwuba

Dr. Alexander Nwuba, FITPN, FIMCN, FIPMAN, is a distinguished personality in the business world, with a wealth of experience spanning various domains. His expertise includes banking, investment, finance, technology, fintech, communications, and aviation. Dr. Nwuba is currently the President of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, the 2nd Vice President of the Aviation Safety Roundtable, and Special Adviser to the President of the Federation of Tourism Associations of Nigeria. He is a core adviser and takes a leadership role in Aerius Ireland’s airline rollup strategy to build a regional African airline in pursuit of the Single African Air Transport Market (SAATM).
Dr Nwuba is the founder of Smile Air Limited, the former Managing Director of Associated Airlines, and the former Deputy Managing Director of Westair; Benin Republic’s national carrier. His achievements are a testament to his dedication and expertise. He is a consultant to China’s leading aircraft manufacturer, AVIC, and has run airlines in Nigeria and West Africa. He has also advised airlines in Asia, the Persian Gulf, and the Middle East, including a position as Chief Financial Adviser to India’s Alhind Airlines. He has presented papers on developing the tourism industry sector at several national and international conferences, while also developing the tourism policy of several states in Nigeria and advising various states and countries on their tourism strategies.
Dr. Nwuba’s impact in the aviation sector is significant. He has overseen the design and implementation of the Yenagoa airport project, provided consultation for the Osun State airport project, and continues to be a key consultant for Anambra State in the aviation sector. His advocacy for several MRO projects in the country, including his ownership and management of the Associated and Westair’s MROS, further demonstrates his commitment to the development of the aviation industry.
Dr. Nwuba’s business acumen is evident in his ability to establish and manage businesses across multiple domains. His leadership roles in publicly listed and traded companies, combined with his extensive experience in the airline/aviation business, finance, insurance, fintech, communications, and technology industries, enable him to adopt a comprehensive approach to solving and delivering solutions in the aviation industry. With a Doctor of Business (DBS) from the Swiss School of Business and several industry fellowships, Dr Nwuba’s expertise lies in the art of organisational startups and revitalisation. He is known for his exceptional ability to tackle seemingly insurmountable challenges in diverse industries.

Mr. Jude Izunna Ohia is an accomplished entrepreneur and highly respected Development expert.He is a Business Administration graduate specializing in managerial performance for Economic and organizational Development.Currently the Chief Executive Officer Afriko Global Ventures Ltd and also the Executive Director Communication Trend Guyana Inc. (CTL) and director of Operation Swartz Kristoffel Engineering Services Guyana Inc (SK), also serve as Special Advice to the Head of Mission Central African Consulate Abuja, Nigeria.
Prior to this, he was the General Manager Imo, Palm Plantation Ohaji in Imo State, Nigeria.2014-2016. He also the representative of MarketNext Innovation and Imark ventures private Ltd, Imark valley kerala India in Nigeria 🇳🇬. He also worked with Roche Construction Nig. Ltd that built the 305 modern schools in Imo State for the government in Imo State as the Government Liaison Officer between 2011 – 2014.
